The power of attorney to be issued for cases such as divorce, alimony, recognition and approval should contain a special authority and photograph. Furthermore, the power of attorney for divorce and alimony cases should be two copies.
If you give power of attorney as "personally for yourself and by proxy for your company" in cases that you are going to give it for your company, then you will have given the power both for yourself and for your company at the same time and you will not be obliged to reissue a power of attorney when necessary.
It is necessary to issue "statutory form" power of attorney in cases of contracts and power of attorney to be used in title deed house and in cases of will, sales on condition of retaining the property, real estate sales promise, foundation bond, marriage contract, adoption and recognition, division of inheritance and other cases that require such application.
The statutory form power of attorney is issued according to the status and will of the relevant person by the notary public as minutes. For this reason, such transactions (papers) can only be issued with the national ID card, valid passport and two new photos of the relevant person upon his/her personal application to the notary public in Turkey.
